AI Happy Horse provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts and images using the HappyHorse AI model. Our services include text-to-video generation, image-to-video generation, a prompt exploration lab, and a video gallery.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
New users receive a free tier with limited video generation credits. Free tier features and limits may change at our discretion.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions provide additional video generation credits, higher resolution outputs, and priority processing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Create deepfakes or misleading content depicting real individuals without their consent
- Generate sexually explicit content involving minors
- Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model weights
- Use automated scripts or bots to access our services beyond normal API usage
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing through generated content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the text prompts and images you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating videos and improving our services.
AI-Generated Videos
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a license to use videos generated through our platform for personal and commercial purposes. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. We do not guarantee exclusivity — similar prompts from different users may produce similar outputs.
Our Property
The HappyHorse AI model, website design, logos, trademarks, and all underlying technology remain our intellectual property. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our AI video generation service produces content based on machine learning models. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. AI-generated videos should not be represented as human-created content in contexts where such distinction matters.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Happy Horse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Happy Horse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Happy Horse is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
